At K-oz Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of your purchase.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 Business Days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

3. Shipping for Exchanges: We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item if the exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part. For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
